Meet Our Surgeons
Dr. Samuel Arnold – General Surgeon
Dr. Samuel Arnold specializes in a wide range of general surgical procedures, including:• Endoscopic Procedures – EGD (esophagogastroduodenoscopy) and colonoscopies to screen for digestive diseases, ulcers, and colon cancer.
○ Are you due for a colonoscopy? The American Cancer Society recommends regular colorectal cancer screening beginning at age 45 for most adults. If you have a family history or digestive concerns, you may need earlier screening.
○ EGD procedures can detect acid reflux damage, ulcers, and esophageal conditions, making them essential for patients with chronic heartburn, swallowing difficulties, or unexplained weight loss.
• Minimally Invasive Surgery – Laparoscopic gallbladder removal (cholecystectomy) and laparoscopic appendix removal (appendectomy).
• Soft Tissue & Wound Care – Lesion and mass excision, incision & drainage (I&Ds), debridement, perirectal abscess treatment, and wound care management.
• Hernia Repair – Treatment for inguinal, umbilical, ventral, and incisional hernias.
• Lipoma & Skin Lesion Excision – Surgical removal of benign fatty tumors, cysts, and abnormal growths.
